To make the shape, you use wooden boards on the outside and only air inside the boards.
The construction method starts with simple wooden boards that are going to turn into curves.
The system consists of covering the skeleton in the best possible way with wood. to coat the skeleton we will use 4-6mm thick board.
Next collage is the Deck, is the cover of the board. The deck is the part that suffers the most stress from surf, so we reinforces the inside with fabric.
